Range of Motion Workouts of the Day, aka ROMWOD, is a short free class we offer on Saturdays at 9am to help improve your flexibility and mobility. We use the daily programming from ROMWOD.com, a service you can subscribe to monthly.

Train

Olympic Lifting is an integral part of our CrossFit program, and an entire discipline in and of itself. Endorphin is a registered USAW Club. Coach Bonnie and Coach Tyler are both USAW Level 1 certified. Currently we offer a 1 hour dedicated Olympic Lifting class on Saturdays at 9:30am.

Open Gym is a time block offered on Sunday from 2-4pm where the gym is open for general use with 1-2 coaches on staff. Members are encouraged to make up any strength work missed from the prior week, practice skills, or get a group together and perform a HERO WOD.
